Vital Grace, established in 2015, is a community health center that provides comprehensive support and empowerment for individuals dealing with long-term or chronic illnesses, their families, and devoted caregivers.
The organization’s foundational ethos is deeply personal, stemming from the lived experiences of its Founder and CEO, Kevin Brown.
Its operational model includes targeted services such as providing wigs and mastectomy bras, organizing community health fairs, and offering compassionate group and individual counseling.
